Project Janus is a culture change programme designed by The Brand Inside for the employees of Bolloré Africa Logistics in Kenya. Project Janus is helping 1000 employees to align their daily behaviour to the values of the brand. We’ve created four group activities and formed multi-location, multi-disciplinary teams to address them. Doing this generates staff behaviour which become ‘the way we do things around here’. Before we began, levels of employee and customer engagement were properly benchmarked in research studies delivered by Ipsos. Impact on both audiences will be measured quarterly to assess the impact of the Project.
