Case History

Vodafone’s Reward and Recognition Programme had become ‘tired’ and repetitive. There was no link to their inspirational values of ‘Red, Rock Solid and Restless’.

We developed an online programme which could only propose nominees based on these three values. Winners then became ‘Vodafone’ Legends to drive the values amongst others.

The result was that participation levels increased by 30%, along with a much better understanding of how the values should be activated.
