The Diamonds and Minerals Division had just developed a strategy on their ‘Foundations for Success’. Starting with the leaders, this needed to be articulated and implemented across four continents.

At a session in LA, we enabled 200 leaders to identify the behaviours needed to deliver the five key business drivers. This involved them participating in our Aligner ‘game’ and us running a café session on key actions needed.
