For Rexel’s Newey & Eyre electrical wholesaler – the largest in this sector – we have worked on several projects covering alignment of the senior team through to driving front line targets across the branches.

The ‘Riding the Rapids’ programme, as one example, covered four business levers and team exercises on how everyone should play their part to hit the board’s targets.

It resulted in Newey & Eyre growing their share and increasing revenues in a highly challenging and declining market.
