‘Sense and Simplicity’ was a strong and effective promise externally, but what were the implications of this for the internal audiences?

Our task was to make it easy for employees to deliver the brand promise to their customers. We helped coach and prepare a band of champions, from different functions and markets, to infiltrate and influence the culture with the brand, bringing both sense and simplicity to internal ways of working.
