Case History

Following the acquisition of Amlin by the Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group, it became MS Amlin and an internal culture change programme was developed.

Within the Reinsurance division covering the UK, Switzerland and Bermuda we then facilitated leadership conference sessions to identify ways for 1,700 staff to become, for instance, more client centric.
