Fendi sells dreams and, as an expression of Karl Lagerfeld’s genius, its story needs to be constantly refreshed to attract and inspire customers.

This story-telling needed to start with the leadership team. So we facilitated a ‘Talking the Walk’ programme and then developed a video to motivate all those representing the Fendi brand.

Our programme helped everyone to translate the brand’s ‘design’ values into customer facing behaviour which, in turn, drove sales targets.
