When Diageo announced new ways of working across their HR processes and practices, all managers and other staff needed to be inspired to adopt these.

We developed an internal engagement programme to motivate everyone to use this Workday service. It involved ‘nudging’ people to change their day to day habits.

The client’s feedback was that our programme was seen ‘as the way to do it’ (change internal behaviour) from then on.
